I am sure the proposed 2009 military pay raise and defense spending in general will be a major issue as the national elections draw closer. Should be interesting! I put this 2009 military pay chart together using the President’s proposed 3.4% number. I will be updating as the year progresses if credible numbers other than the 3.4% emerge. The chart DOES contain updates to the Reserve pay charts.
